Recognition

We have a new program tied to Our Values where employees can observe teammates for going above and beyond, demonstrating what we are all about here at Martin. This program has been well received and it clearly shows we are a Martin Family and Our Values are what help us grow and succeed. Below are actual acknowledgements from Martin Employees. 
Leslea Carroll was awarded for CARING. By implementing a procedure change, she saved the company a considerable amount of money.
Steve Brody received the Directors Award for CARING for pointing out a future gap in talent in our Tool & Die Department and suggesting a training program.
Alan Highton, National Sales Manager - Wear Components, received the Directors Award for COURAGE for passionately jumping into a new division.
Don Papini, Business Development Manager - Wear Components, also received the COURAGE Award for diving head first into the new Wear Components Division.
Barbie Allen was presented with the Directors Award for exemplifying Superb Service on a daily basis, ensuring customers get the best service possible.
Sid Dev, Travis Grawe, and Paul Harrison received the Directors Award for representing ALL values while supporting and mentoring the local high-school robotics team.
